NLR provided great assistance on kitchen refresh that included granite countertops, ceramic backsplash, new sink/garbage disposal and new molded bathroom countertop. They were so easy to work from start to finish. Couldn't ask for more regarding customization, attention to details, staying within budget and the feeling I was the only one they were working with!

We recently remodeled our kitchen as well as updated lighting and refinished floors on our first level. We had several bids done because this was a large investment for us, but it was easy to choose Next Level Remodeling. Chad and Rick do not look at their remodeling business as only a career; it is what they love to do and it shows.
From the moment Chad walked into our home, he listened. He asked us what he could do to ensure success on our project, and each and every one of our goals were met. We asked for constant communication since we were living away from home during the remodel, and we received constant communication. Transparency…we got it. Trustworthiness – absolutely. But, just as importantly, we received timely and expert planning, craftsmanship, and follow-through.
Chad made the material/design phase manageable and fun rather than overwhelming. He went out of his way to understand our needs and help guide us through the process step by step. We created a plan that would allow us to live out of town but meet with them weekly to see the progress, and the communication back and forth was constant and reassuring. They stuck to overall timeline, and sent us pictures along the way.
They have a great group of guys that do the work, from electrical to painting to flooring. Rick is a master carpenter. When we asked for new banister ideas – he showed us past work, and we fell in love with one design, yet needed it to have a gate at the top of the stairs. No problem for Rick – he listened to what we wanted, saw what style we liked, and created the most perfect gate at the top of the stairs! Same thing for our mantle request – it is exactly what we asked for.
Chad, Rick, Brady, Tim and team are so very personable, thorough and knowledgeable in what they do – they all just fit into our lives like they’ve always been there. We couldn’t recommend them more.

Choosing Next Level Remodeling was a great experience for me. I put remodeling my master bathroom off for a couple of years. Once I finally made the decision it was not overwhelming. Every single person that works for this company, from the designer, title layers, plumber, the electrician, cabinet installer all of them so professional and nice.
